Camp Pendleton CA US - Navy Lt. Thomas V. Brislin, center, dentist and officer-in-charge with 1st Dental Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, works alongside Vietnamese dental technicians from the East Meets West Non-Government Organization during Pacific Angel 2013. The NGO staff would often observe each dentist to learn new skills or to have discussions about techniques and materials.
