Sgt. Alishia Novey, the operations chief for Air Delivery Platoon, Landing Support Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 17, 1st Marine Logistics Group, supervises the Marines seconds before parachuting over the hills of Camp Pendleton, Calif., Aug. 23. The primary purpose of the jump was to get jump masters qualified for operations.
