Robert Magnus, Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps, presented the Marines with their promotion certificate. Estremadura, 20, is from Dededo, Guam. Castillo,19, and Wright, 21, are both Texas natives. They are from Lamesa and Malakoff, respectively.
