Sergeant Major Moralessolis was born in Michoacán, Mexico. He enlisted into the Marine Corps from Lompoc, California. In July 2003, he reported to Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego, California. He graduated recruit training from MCRD, San Diego in October 2003 as a Private and reported to the School of Infantry at Camp Pendleton, California. After completing Marine Combat Training, Private Moralessolis reported to Marine Corps Combat Support Schools, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
In February 2003, Private First Class Moralessolis reported to Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, MCAS Miramar and served as the Promotions Clerk and Inbound Clerk. He excelled as a Promotions Clerk and Inbound Clerk and was promoted twice earning the rank of Lance Corporal and he was meritoriously promoted to the rank of Corporal in June of 2005. In November of 2006, he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
In October of 2007, Sergeant Moralessolis received orders to Reserve Site Support Del Mar, Camp Pendleton, California. Sergeant Moralessolis served as the Unit Diary Chief.
Sergeant Moralessolis volunteered for Drill Instructor Duty and attended Drill Instructor School at MCRD, San Diego, California in April 2009. Upon completion of Drill Instructor School, Sergeant Moralessolis was assigned to 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, Company L. During his time with Company L he held the billets of Drill Instructor and Senior Drill Instructor. While on this tour he was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant.
In October of 2012, Staff Sergeant Moralessolis received orders to 3D Marine Logistics Group, Okinawa, Japan where he served as the G-1 Manpower Personnel Chief and G-1 Operations Officer. In October of 2013 to April of 2014, Staff Sergeant Moralessolis volunteered as an individual augment to deploy to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom where he served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to COMISAF U.S. Embassy Liaison.
In October of 2015, Staff Sergeant Moralessolis received orders to 1st Law Enforcement Battalion, Camp Pendleton, CA where he served as the Administrative Chief. In November 2015, he was promoted to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant.
In October of 2018, Gunnery Sergeant Moralessolis received orders to Marine Aircraft Group 31, MCAS Beaufort, South Carolina where he served as the Administrative Chief.
In April of 2019, Gunnery Sergeant Moralessolis was frocked to the rank of First Sergeant and was transferred to Company I, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina. Where he served as the Company First Sergeant.
In December of 2020, First Sergeant Moralessolis was reassigned to Headquarters Company, Headquarters and Service Battalion, Marine Corps Recruit Depot. Where he served as the Company First Sergeant.
In October of 2021, First Sergeant Moralessolis was transferred to Service Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 17, 1st Marine Logistics Group, Camp Pendleton, CA. In May of 2022 First Sergeant Moralessolis was assigned as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commanding Officer of CLR-17 ISO Valiant Shield 2022. Upon return from Valiant Shield First Sergeant Moralessolis was reassigned to Headquarters Company.
In May of 2023, First Sergeant Moralessolis was frocked to the rank of Sergeant Major and was reassigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 5, Combat Logistics Regiment 1, Camp Pendleton, CA where he is currently serving as the Battalion Sergeant Major.
Sergeant Major Moralessolis personal awards include the Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with 2 gold stars in lieu of third award, and the Navy Achievement Medal. Sergeant Major Moralessolis is married to the former Yasmin Rodriguez. They have two children their daughter Frida Camila Morales Rodriguez who is twelve years old and Salvador Morales Rodriguez who is 4 years old.
