Naval dentist looks forward to humanitarian mission

Navy Cmdr. William Lyons, a dentist with 1st Dental Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, has dedicated nearly 25 years to providing humanitarian aid to developing countries. Lyons, 60, from Dubuque, Iowa, is preparing to deploy to the Philippines in March and provide dental care to locals.
