Brigadier General Vincent A. Coglianese, commanding general, 1st Marine Logistics Group, speaks at a religious ministries training seminar for 1st MLG chaplains and religious programs specialists aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 1, 2014. The seminar was a training forum that provided the opportunity for chaplains and their religious program specialists to meet with commanders to discuss the roles and responsibilities a religious ministry can provide to a unit and what the commanders expect from the chaplains.
