A C-130 drops cargo at an altitude of 1,500 feet during an aerial resupply training procedure with Air Delivery Platoon, Landing Support Company, Headquarters Regiment, 1st Marine Logistics Group, aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 11, 2014. Personnel from Air Delivery Plt. also jumped from the aircraft to meet their quarterly training requirement. These capabilities allow supplies to reach Marines in combat or personnel in a natural disaster when a safe ground route is unavailable.
