Brigadier General David A. Ottignon, 1st Marine Logistics Group Commanding General, speaks with Lance Cpl. Frederick Vaca and Lance Cpl. Landon Brown, combat engineers with Combat Logistics Battalion 5, about how they can positively affect their unit by training hard and excelling in their job. Ottignon visited several MLG units aboard Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, Calif., on Jan. 26-27, 2016, to speak with unit commanders as well as engage junior Marines and Non-Commissioned officers to get sense of how the units were doing and what areas could be improved upon.
