U.S. Marine Col. Jaime O. Collazo reads a certificate of appreciation during a uniformed victim advocate appreciation ceremony aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 6, 2016. Collazo is the chief of staff of 1st Marine Logistics Group. These advocates provide information, guidance, and support to Marines and Sailors who have experienced sexual assault.
