U.S. Marine Sgt. Johnathan Howley is awarded a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal during an awards ceremony aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 22, 2016. Howley is a bulk fuel specialist with 7th Engineer Support Battalion. Ten Marines and Sailors with 1st Marine Logistics Group were recognized for their outstanding performance throughout the year.
