Oscar Tapia, from Salinas, Calif., a bulk fuel specialist with Bulk Fuel Company, 7th Engineer Support Battalion, controls the water pressure of a 600-gallon-per-minute pump while it flows through a 6-inch hose reel system into one of the 50,000 gallon bags at the storage site during the bulk fuel Marine Corps Combat Readiness Evaluation on Camp Pendleton, Calif., Oct. 12, 2016. There are three 200,000 gallon storage sites totaling 600,000 gallons in the MCCRE as well as two 120,000 gallon sites.
