U.S. Marine Staff Sgt. Philip Barnes hands out cones to conduct Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Decontamination Training aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 26, 2017. The cones serve as simulated threats and hazards in a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear environment. The purpose of this training is to accomplish missions within CBRN environment.
