U.S. Marine Col. Philip N. Frietze receives the regimental colors from Sgt. Maj. Carlos A. Ruiz during the Headquarters Regiment, 1st Marine Logistics Group, change of command ceremony on Camp Pendleton, Calif., June 15, 2017.
