CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – U.S. Marine Pfc. Mitchell Manuel, a field radio operator with Transportation Service Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 1, Combat Logistics Regiment 1, 1st Marine Logistics Group, applies a sucking chest wound seal during the practical application portion of a combat lifesaver course July 22, 2017.
