CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – U.S. Marines with 1st Marine Logistics Group participate in a change of command ceremony in which Brig. Gen. David A. Ottignon relinquished command to Brig. Gen. Stephen D. Sklenka at Camp Pendleton July 28, 2017. The 1st MLG provides direct support to I Marine Expeditionary Force’s Ground Combat Element and sustained tactical logistics to each element of the MEF in the functional areas of logistics beyond the organic capabilities of support units.
