A U.S. Marine with Bridge Company, 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, lays down concertina wire during Exercise Deep Strike II at Blythe, Calif., Sept.6, 2017. Concertina wire is strategically placed and used to simulate setting up a forward operating base (FOB) while deployed.
