U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Alejandro Jaramillo-Mora, a heavy equipment operator assigned to 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, starts a Tractor Rubber-Tired Articulated Steering Multi-Purpose (TRAM) vehicle on the USS Comstock (LSD-45) while sailing in the Indo-Pacific, Sept. 16, 2019. Approximately 3,000 U.S. Navy and Marine Corps personnel participated in Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise 2019, a joint training exercise that tested expeditionary logistical capabilities in the Arctic region and prepared joint forces to respond to crises across the Indo-Pacific.
