1st Marine Logistics Group Commanding General Receives COVID-19 Vaccine
U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Bobbi Shea, commanding general, 1st Marine Logistics Group, along with other members of the 1st MLG command team, receive the COVID-19 vaccine at the naval hospital on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Jan. 13, 2021. While the COVID-19 vaccine is voluntary, all eligible Marine Corps personnel and beneficiaries are highly encouraged to be vaccinated to protect their health and their community. “I got my vaccine today because, along with wearing a mask, washing your hands, and social distancing, receiving the vaccine when available adds another layer of protection to ensure 1st MLG is ready, trained and capable, in service to our Nation” said Brig. Gen. Bobbi Shea.
