U.S. Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Kyle R. Owens received the check for developing a prototype and assisting with the blueprints for a 3D-printable device that removes the plastic steering wheel from a vehicle without cracking the wheel, which deadlines the vehicle, helping reduce maintenance cycle time and repair costs.
