MRF-D performs an air delivery
U.S. Marine Corps 1st Lt. John Shaffer III, left, a logistics officer with Combat Logistics Battalion 7, Marine Rotational Force - Darwin, utilizes an AN/PRC-117F at the Mount Bundy Training Area, NT, Australia, June 4, 2021. MRF-D assembled a cache team to retrieve and camouflage logistical supplies air delivered to a location in the MBTA, exercising the prepositioning of essential supplies to maneuver units in a more expeditionary manner. The training hones the Marines’ capabilities as a skilled expeditionary force that is capable of responding to a potential crisis or contingency. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt. Micha Pierce)
