Marines from the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit practice applying arm carriages during a Combat Life-saving Skills course aboard the USS Rushmore, Aug. 23. The four-day course teaches Marines how to give basic level care in order to prevent the loss of casualties on the battlefield.
