Cpl. Joseph S. Waters, information management office chief, 1st Marine Logistics Group, ties a filled sandbag used to improve Joe Foss Range. Marines from various sections of Headquarters and Service Company, 1st MLG, built a one-foot tall wall out of sandbags along the target line to protect the new target stands.
