AT-TAQADDUM, Iraq (August 9, 2008) – Christian Schauf, lead singer of Catchpenny, takes a break during the pop-rock concert to speak with service members and hand out compact discs here, Aug. 9. Catchpenny will perform 14 shows during their 20-day tour of the Middle East. The five-member band will entertain troops in Kuwait, Iraq and United Arab Emirates. “I’m happy to be out here doing something positive for our country,” Schauf said. More than 100 service members and civilians came from all over Camp Taqaddum to enjoy the free concert.
