Lance Cpl. Corey D. Borkenhagen, landing support specalist, Kandahar Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group Landing Support Detachment, Headquarters and Service Company, 1st Marine Logistics Group (Forward), finishes assembling a pallet of luggage at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, Oct. 2. The Marines of the Kandahar Detachment are responsible for roughly 20,000 pounds of cargo daily and work around the clock.
