A nurse with the Shock Trauma Platoon, Surgical Company, 1st Maintenance Battalion (-) Reinforced, 1st Marine Logistics Group (Forward) fills a syringe at the STP/FRSS at Forward Operating Base Edinburgh, Afghanistan, April 10. Following an incident in nearby Musa Qa’lah in Helmand Province, the STP/FRSS received 11 critically wounded patients.
