Marines with the Personal Security Detachment, 1st Marine Logistics Group (Forward), cross a bridge in Helmand Province, Afghanistan, while escorting Brig Gen. John J. Broadmeadow, Commanding General, 1st MLG (Fwd). The PSD team, who is responsible for the security of the commanding general during his trips, has completed 33 ground missions and travelled nearly 4,000 miles throughout the area of operations.
