Sgt. Christian A. Lang, a mobile multi-channel radio operator with Data Platoon, Communications Company, Combat Logistics regiment 17, 1st Marine Logistics Group, recieved the Navy Comendation Medal for doing an excellent job in a Chief Warrent Officer's data chief billet. Lang, a native of Chelsea, Ala., also recieved the Herbert J. Littleton award, and award for excellence in communications as a noncommisioned officer. (U. S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl.
