Basic Combat Skills Course brings Marines back to their roots

Marines with 1st Maintenance Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, study a terrain model prior to a patrol during the Basic Combat Skills Course aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 18, 2013. Approximately 40 Marines participated in the three-week course designed to refresh Marines in the basics of Marine Corps combat skills to keep them ready for battle.
