U.S. Marine Sgt. Maj. Dennis Downing passes the Non-Commissioned Officer sword to Col. Jaime Collazo, the commanding officer of Combat Logistics Regiment 15, 1st Marine Logistics Group, during a relief and appointment ceremony at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 22, 2018.
