Marine Sgt. Robert B. Hatcher II, a 26-year-old reserve Marine from Dubuque, Iowa, currently deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom with Combat Service Support Battalion 7, uses his skills as a doctor of chiropractics to treat Marines in his unit. ?I can?t heal anything,? said the Marine generator mechanic. ?I adjust the spine and put the body back into alignment. That allows the body to heal itself. It affects all the systems in the body. It?s a total body treatment.? Upon his return to the United States, Hatcher plans on eventually opening his own chiropractics office.
