In the scorching Iraqi sunlight, Sgt. Brian P. Faulk prepares his Marines to provide security for an upcoming convoy into the dangerous city of Ramadi. Faulk, in charge of the military police section of Combat Logistics Detachment 15, is a 25-year-old native of Dothan, Ala. The detachment was recently mobilized in support of the Army?s 1st Brigade, 1st Armored Division, to assist in increased security operations in the city rife with insurgents. While here, CLD 15 will provide logistical support to include moving personnel and supplies throughout the region and transporting and emplacing concrete barriers at small but critical combat outposts.
