Cpl. Robert D. Harrell counted and paid out approximately $60,000 with more than 9,000 Iraqi bills to reimburse property owners for the Iraqi Army?s use of their homes. A team of Marines acted as advisors while the Iraqi Army supervised all scheduled lease payments without incident.
