AT-TAQADUMM, Iraq - Navy Petty Officer First Class, Daniel S. Harper, construction electrician, with Naval Mobile Consructuion Battalion One Detachment at-Taqaddum, receives a Navy Achievement Medal during the Seabees 66th birthday ceremony here, March 5. "I received a NAM on the Seabees birthday, that's something I will never forget," said Harper. He received a Navy Achievement Medal for his accomplishments with NMCB-1 and his roll as a supervisor during the Hurricane Katrina relief efforts.
