Cpl. Brent Pennington, 21, from Tahlequah, Okla., a combat engineer with 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, guides a piece of a bridge under construction into place during a battalion field exercise at Camp Pendleton, Calif., Oct. 12. The Marines pre-fabricated all of the bridge components prior to the exercise. Once the Marines arrive with the pre-fabricated bridge parts they can install and construct an entire bridge in less than six hours.
