Shiwnath, a 27-year-old native of Queens, N.Y., and the rest of the platoon took supplies to Marines serving with Iraqi Security Forces on the outskirts of Fallujah, Iraq. Since arriving in late February, the Marines have conducted more than 42 convoys, averaging one every other day.
