TREK NAWA, Afghanistan -- The Marines of General Support Security Platoon, Headquarters and Service Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 3, 1st Marine Logistics Group (Forward), embarked on a recovery mission in support of 2nd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment Feb. 25.
The mission included recovering one immobilized mine-roller as well as a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle with a mine-roller attached.
