Ribbons Awarded to CLC-16

CLC-16 History

CLC-16 was originally activated on October 1, 1988, as Detachment C, 1st Force Service Support Group (1st FSSG).

It was later re-designated as Combat Service Support Detachment-16 (CSSD-16), 1st FSSG on December 27, 1989.

During Operation Iraqi Freedom, CSSD-16 was given the temporary authority to change the name of the unit to Combat Service Support Company-133 (CSSC-133).

On March 20, 2006, CSSC-133 was re-designated as Combat Logistics Company 16.

Our mission is to provide and protect your religious needs. We are constantly working to make our program better and facilitating the best care for our Marines and Sailors. In doing so, the Religious Ministry Team provides counseling's, Marriage classes, and field services with many other facilitating needs. We are also here for you and your transitions through anything. For example, getting married or anything that is important to you.
